Primary Strengths

Government incentives and the China Plus One strategy, which will encourage the expansion of the domestic LED lighting EMS industry, are some of the key things working in the company's favour.

Additionally, the company already has a customer base that helps drive export sales. Furthermore, it has a history of working with influential business clients.

Threats and concerns

IKIO Lighting has a sizable customer base. 50% of the company's overall revenue comes from Signify, its only client.

The company depends heavily on just one product category, LED lighting, which accounts for almost 87% of total revenue.

Additionally, a lot of the raw materials used by IKIO are imported from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Any limitations on this front might be detrimental to the company's operations.

On a proforma consolidated basis, the company's revenue from operations increased by 55% annually to Rs 331 crore in FY22, and its profit after tax increased by 75% annually to Rs 50.5 crore during that time.
